Approved Grade 4 Skybuilders' Spring Water

A number of stringent tests are performed to determine the grade assigned to spring water, including the measurement of time taken to evaporate when poured into a shallow dish and placed next to a hot pig.

Used in level 60 and 70 crafting recipes.
